At La Casa de Los Balcones the safety of our customers and employees is a priority and therefore we have adopted a series of measures to ensure that your experience is safe and enjoyable.
The COVID-19 prevention measures described on this page are compulsory, and aimed at ensuring both your safety and the safety of others.
Our staff will refuse access to the experience to anyone who fails to comply with these measures—and anyone who presents symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Compulsory use of masks
In all the house the use of masks is compulsory.
Minimum social distancing requirement
In public areas, a signage system on the floor will indicate the minimum distance of 1.5 metres to be observed when queueing.
Limited capacity
In accordance with current regulations, we have limited the maximum house-museum capacity.
- 68 people maximum. (La Casa de Los Balcones)
- 280 people maximum. (Lercaro house)
- 19 people maximum. (Teide shop)
- 10 people maximum (North Airport shop)
Compulsory disinfecting of hands before entering the house museum
We will provide a water-alcohol gel for this purpose. Dispenser of the gel will be placed at the entrance of the house museum.
Digitalised info
Customers can access digital versions of brochures and audio guides.
GROUPS MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE
Due to the new security measures published in the BOC 2020/164 on Friday, August 14, only groups of a maximum of 10 people (guide included) are allowed to visit the houses.
