Cancellation Policy
You must inform us of any cancellations by sending an email to Casa de Los Balcones (maria@casa-balcones.com). Please specify the booking number in the subject line of the email.
- If the booking is cancelled 6 days before the date of the workshop, but after the full fee for the workshop has been paid, no refunds will be provided: however, 50% of the fee can be put towards the cost of booking another workshop.
- If the booking is cancelled on the same day as the workshop or the day immediately prior, no refunds will be provided and the full amount will be retained.
- If the number of people attending is lower than the number specified in the booking, the workshop will go ahead as planned and no refunds will be made.
